Somedays I really love my job and oddly enough I’m loving it on my day of rest today!
To commemorate Malaysia’s 52nd year of independence, about 200 young Malaysians participated in a flashmob organised by RandomAlphabets.com in collaboration with Kiehl’s Malaysia and R.Age. For those in the know, the secret meeting place was announced with an email 48-hrs before. We then came together, joint our hands and showed our creativity in vandalizing decorating over 7 individual trains, instantly turning them into mobile “birthday parties” for all passengers on board. It was great to see Malaysians coming together as one to celebrate the birth date of our nation.
This video from StarOnline.TV explains it all. Love the energy. Oooh I spot a certain Ms.Nyap having a good time.
Now, that’s what I call a celebration. Damn semangat right? Having said that, I’m very thankful to be working for a brand that believes strongly in doing things out of the box. Kiehl’s since 1851 is a fairly new apothecary brand in Malaysia (we’ve only been around for 2 years, but we already have 5 stores within the Klang Valley), and it has always been our believe to make a difference for the better good of the community and environment that we serve in. If you’re curious about our brand, you may click HERE to find out more.
Oh and those lovely cupcakes were gorgeous as usual. Thanks Su for not selling my set away! Next post, the grand feast at Toh Yuen @ PJ Hilton. Hang on Frat!
