Ahem… *putting on a celebrity chef tone*…Let’s get started shall we?

Firstly, chop some Tapiocas into cubes and boil it in a pot with water & sugar. Put in a couple slices of ginger for some dimension and add in a twist of screwpine (pandan) leaves for fragrance. Boil until the Tapioca cubes are soft…

Then you add in some yam, also cut into cubes, into the boiling pot…

Pre-prepare some Sago by following the instructions on the pack. Pour in the cooked Sago into the sweet soup…

Finally add in the coconut cream and a pinch of salt for taste…serve immediately!
