Learning to do the Cha-Cha

1-2-cha-cha-cha. 3-4-cha-cha-cha. This is my very first attempt in making this reliable dessert enjoyed by Malaysians from all over…the Bubur Cha Cha. Thanks mum for guiding…

Ahem… *putting on a celebrity chef tone*…Let’s get started shall we?

Tapioca Sweet Soup.jpg
Firstly, chop some Tapiocas into cubes and boil it in a pot with water & sugar. Put in a couple slices of ginger for some dimension and add in a twist of screwpine (pandan) leaves for fragrance. Boil until the Tapioca cubes are soft…

Cooked Yam.jpg
Then you add in some yam, also cut into cubes, into the boiling pot…

Pre-prepare some Sago by following the instructions on the pack. Pour in the cooked Sago into the sweet soup…

Finally add in the coconut cream and a pinch of salt for taste…serve immediately!

What do you think?
